REFUND POLICY
I have a very firm refund policy. I will not ask you to pay until we have agreed on a design and you approve your cover. Once final unwatermarked files have been delivered, there is a zero refund policy.

Your satisfaction is my number one goal, and so is your experience with me. If you're interested in working with me, you can go to the "Contact" page at the top right side of my website and send me an email telling me a little bit about yourself and your book. We will then discuss ideas and information for the cover and I will reply with an email asking information such as title, author name, synopsis, ideas and other information to make the best version of the cover possible. Once I have the information that I need, I’ll send you a mock cover and then we can work on it together to get the cover you desire.
Your privacy is very important to me. Absolutely no personal information will be released about you. Communication will only be between me and the consumer.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payments will be handled through PayPal. Once we have decided to work together, I will start working on an eBook 'proof' for you. We will go back and forth until it's perfect for you! I will then ask for payment for the eBook proof. Once the payment has gone through, I will deliver the final copy.
If you've ordered the Paperback or Hardcover package, the process will be repeated for the paperback and hardcover proofs.

J20Graphics is run by me, Jeanette Barroso. I am a graphic artist, who absolutely loves making book covers and working with authors. I decided to create this business to help authors find a cover that tells readers just how amazing and unique their story is with one look. I have been making book covers since 2010 and have gone to college studying Fine Arts to help better my skills to satisfy any consumer.
